Talk to the GazeCam team
A question about your account, a safety report, or a request about content on GazeCam — write to us and a person will read it. Most messages get an answer within a few business days.
Put what you need in the subject line — it gets to the right person faster.
What to include
The email address or account name you use on GazeCam.
A description of the content and why it should be removed.
The data you want us to export or delete.
What happens after you write
A person reads it. Support is not an auto-responder that closes the ticket with a link to this page, and you do not have to phrase anything in a particular way to be taken seriously — plain English about what went wrong is enough.
Most messages get an answer within a few business days. Safety reports are looked at first. If you asked for something that takes action on an account — a removal, a data export, a deletion — the reply will tell you what was done rather than that it was "escalated".
Two things we cannot do, so you do not spend a message finding out: we will not tell you what happened to another person's account after you reported them (that is their privacy, the same protection you have), and we cannot put you back in contact with someone you matched with and lost.
Urgent safety issues
If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. Behavior that breaks our rules — harassment, scams, explicit conduct, or anyone who appears to be underage — should be filed with the in-chat report control so our team sees it right away. You can always follow up by email afterwards.
