Who may use GazeCam
You must be at least 18 years old to use GazeCam. By starting a random video chat you confirm that you meet that age requirement and that using the service is legal where you live.
Your account
Keep your login details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you believe someone else is using it.
Rules of conduct
GazeCam is for respectful, spontaneous conversations. The following are not allowed and can lead to an immediate, permanent ban:
- Sexual content, nudity, or sexually explicit behavior on camera
- Harassment, hate speech, threats, or discriminatory language
- Any involvement of minors, or presenting yourself as one
- Recording, publishing, or sharing another person's video without consent
- Scams, phishing, requests for money, and commercial spam
- Impersonating another person, brand, or platform
Moderation and enforcement
We may review reports, restrict features, suspend an account, or remove it entirely when these terms are broken. Where the behavior is serious we can do this without prior notice.
Independence from other brands
GazeCam is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any other service that may have a similar name. Any third-party names or trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners.
Service availability
We work to keep GazeCam available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Features can change, and parts of the platform may be unavailable during maintenance or incidents.
Payments
If you buy a paid feature, the price and terms are shown before you confirm. Unless the law says otherwise, digital items that have been delivered and used are not refundable.
Disclaimer and liability
GazeCam connects you with other people; we do not control what they say or do. The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.
Termination
You can stop using GazeCam and delete your account at any time. We may end your access if you break these terms or if we are required to by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
